1st Session (Fitness assessment & Exercise programme) (75 mins) £55

One-to-One Private Session (60mins) £50

Shared Session (maximum 2 clients) (75mins) £36 per person

[Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment will be charged in full] 


WHAT TO WEAR

Clean comfortable exercise gear, long trousers and a sweat shirt to throw over when cold. Please bring socks to wear as no shoes are allowed in the studio.

Please keep deodorants and scents as neutral as possible.
