My Experience & Qualifications
Kirsten Harle Fully Qualified Instructor certified by The Pilates Foundation UK I am certified by The Pilates Foundation UK - the governing body that maintains the integrity, philosophy and values of the Pilates Method, and assists the development of Pilates Teachers to the highest standards in the profession.
In 2006, I completed an 18 month comprehensive Pilates Method syllabus covering Anatomy, Physiology, Exercises and Learning Approaches under the tutelage of one of the UK's top teachers, Mehg Hoffman. Fully trained in both mat and state-of-the-art pilates equipment, I offer a holistic and comprehensive approach to mastering this art for total well-being. As well as running my own successful studio, I provide coverage for major health clubs across Surrey.
18 years Professional Dance Experience I am professionally dance trained and have performed in numerous successful West End theatre productions. For over a decade I also held a Directorship role in Surrey for Stagecoach Theatrical School, helping individuals achieve their lifetime goals and aspirations.
My Team The success of my studio's has resulted in an expansion of my team this year, who are all committed to the same pilates approach ensuring consistency of treatment and care. Maria Dams Maria completed a comprehensive 18 month course to become a TPPI Pilates Instructor in Spring 2009. A student of Megh Hoffman, she has been developing her skills in a pilates studio environment for the past two and half years. Maria has an extensive experience of yoga, with 15 years practise, and believes that both pilates and yoga are mutually beneficial in achieving physical and mental well being. A healthy and active mother of 4, Maria specialises in post pregnancy and pilates exercise. Maria Lima Maria is a very personable, focused and professional pilates instructor. Working across a range of clients, she is confident in using both mat and pilates equipment to assist in achieving her clients goals. Also trained by Megh Hoffman in London, Maria is fluent in Polish, English, and has a good understanding of Portugese.

As a Director of Stagecoach for 10 years, I have run a successful, professional and client focused business committed to responsible and caring practices at all times.
